STORE POLICIES

• Shipping Costs will be calculated at checkout. From time to time, we offer special promotions based on shipping location. 
• We are currently offering FREE DOOR DELIVERY to Raleigh local residential shipping addresses with a zip code of 27613. 
• Please note we currently only ship within the continental United States. Please send an email to me at thea@greekitiki.com to coordinate shipping to other locations.
• Orders are processed and shipped between Monday and Friday, excluding holidays. We do our best to process your orders as soon as possible.
• Greeki Tiki cannot be held responsible for delays due to payment controls or shipping.

• Refunds and returns must be processed within 14 calendar days of a purchase and applies to defective or damaged goods affected by shipping only, and excludes sale items or discounted items purchased Only regular priced items may be refunded. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, products may vary slightly in color, size, weight, and scent. We do not replace items because of these variations. We do not offer product exchanges. 
• To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it and must have been received by shipment only. (In-person sales or items received by Free Door Delivery are exempt from refunds). Greeki Tiki cannot and will not assume responsibility for loss or damage during return shipping.
• To complete your return for refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or by your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
• To return your product, you should mail your product to the address listed on the original packing container. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thea@greekitiki.com
