Shipping and Handling Fees:
Paintings are shipped world-wide. Shipping and handling for locations in the continental U.S. have a fee of 30% added to the pre-tax sales price. Overseas shipping and non-continental U.S. shipping destinations will have a fee of 40% added to the pre-tax sales price.
Free Pick-up and Local Delivery:
White glove delivery service is available within Raleigh, North Carolina at no additional fee. Free pick-up from the artist in Raleigh, North Carolina is also available. Select either option at checkout if it applies.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. All payments, whether made in full or in installments, are non-refundable. If work is damaged due to shipping and handling, the Buyer will be asked to provide requested documentation that shows the damage within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment or delivery and may then be eligible for a full refund of the base sales price only (no refunds on sales tax or initial shipping charges paid). Refund requests for items damaged during shipping that is reported greater than 24 hrs after receiving the shipment may not be honored.
